Manongo Mujica

Master Manongo Mujica performs at El Deck, fusing music and the sea.

On this occasion, he will be accompanied by Daniel and Gabriel Mujica to present RITUAL SONORO, an immersive experience celebrating Peruvian Independence Day through listening, rhythm, and silence.

A ceremony of deep percussion and expanding soundscapes, where the echo of the sea, ritualistic beats, and improvisation create an all-encompassing experience.

The repertoire will include instruments never before played together, from diverse cultures: drums from Tibet, singing bowls from India, African instruments, and, of course, ancestral instruments from Peru.
